Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT!!! At GTOUCH BEAUTY BAR, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that all clients respect the following policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone. Appointment Changes & Cancellations We understand that unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a 50% cancellation fee of the total service booked. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may result in the inability to book future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. We allow a 10 minute grace period. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled and your retainer forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment after the exceeded grace period. Booking Deposits A 50% non- refundable booking fee/retainer is required for all services which will be applied towards your total bill upon completion of services. Failure to pay will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment to and will be forfeited for: • Late cancellations • Same-day cancellations • No-shows Deposits are non-transferable to other dates or clients unless approved by GTOUCH BEAUTY BAR. Bridal & Group Bookings Due to the time and preparation involved: • Cancellations made within 30 days of a scheduled bridal or group booking will forfeit the full deposit. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged the full remaining balance. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule your appointment 72hrs before the scheduled appointment date. We will apply your retainer to the new date ONCE. However, failure to reschedule within 72hrs, will result in you forfeiting your retainer and would need to book a new appointment. Refund Policy All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will gladly assist. GUEST POLICY To maintain a serene environment, only clients receiving a service may enter. No children or additional guests permitted.
